CIBPA Windsor held their golf tournament in honour of our past president, Frank Moceri. This tribute brought together players, friends, and family, to honour the spirit of a man that inspired us all. It was a great day of camaraderie, competition, and cherished memories. With the success of this event, there will now be a CIBPA Frank Moceri Scholarship for many years.
