Last year a group of volunteers from Windsor Regional Hospital climbed Kilimanjaro. They did so as a personal fitness goal, to raise funds for the Neurosciences program and to bring awareness to the need for Organ and Tissue Donors:

On April 27th, 2016 there will be a special event at the Lakeshore Cinema in recognition of Organ and Tissue Donor Awareness Month. It will include a showing of the feature film that was produced when they climbed Kili as well as donor recipient stories and information booths. 

Tickets are only $6.00 and include a chance to win an IPAD mini (must be present to win) and can be purchased at the WRH Foundation offices at both Campuses. Please help spread the word - consider bringing family and friends for a night out to learn more about organ and tissue donation.
